Why bother calling this ios AND android apps? There are 7 android apps and more than double that for ios. It seems like victor was told he couldn't publish the post unless he added a few android apps. No offense vic.

No offense, but this looks more like a list of "all new apps for March 2013" instead of "best". Who cares about 6 different photo-retouching/random "art" apps?
