Can I get a little help?

I have started up a popular roleplay, Arceius Research Centre, and I am currently going through the process of cleaning out non posters and replacing them. Is there any way to remove their character from the RP, or do I just tell them, 'you're out!' ?

Also, I have a roleplay that I created that isn't used, how do I get rid of it?
