About the Job:
We are looking for a General Manager of?Finance, to direct the Finance and Store Administration functions of diverse business activities within the Retail Division (Ikea, ACE, Marks & Spencer, Toys R Us, AFWJ, Plug Ins, Robinsons, Intersport etc.). The role will focus on developing strategies affecting all areas of the business with specific emphasis on maximizing business profitability and minimizing risk; and supporting existing and new Retail businesses across all geographics.Responsibilites will include:
Financial Management, Treasury management, MIS and Budgets, Process and Compliance, Human Resource Management, Business Policy and Systems?Review.?
Skills
Skills and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Chartered Accountancy Qualification, Professional Degree in Finance and AccountingMinimum Experience: 18-20 years experience with at least 5 years in a senior management position in a large organization. Retail experience preferred.Job-Specific Skills: Finance / AccountingBehavioural Competencies: Strong analytical skills, facilitating decision making at all levels of the business.
