Not only is this type of exercise going to help you lose weight ? but it is also going to allow you to tone up your body. What could be better than this?

The more you do the more toned you will become and the more limber you will be. Suddenly you will be able to bend and twist in ways you never thought that you could before. This is always a good thing.
